ABOUT US

Our story began when Angelique was hired on as the Policy Director at a non-profit that Debra had co-founded and was leading. We found we were kindred spirits, driven by purpose not just to do a job, but to respond to a calling to work toward a more just and sustainable world. Over the course of our three years as non-profit colleagues, we refined a collaborative working style that leveraged each of our strengths and drove our passion for the work.

We founded Aligned Values ADvantage for two important purposes: to support clients by offering services that expand their capacity to bring good into the world; and to manifest a truly collaborative and cooperative firm where everyone’s voice is equally heard and everyone’s time is equally valued.
