Angelique’s experience spans a wide range including policy development, lobbying and advocacy, communications, entrepreneurship, non-profit work, volunteer organizing and empowerment, and leadership. Much of her policy work has focused on economic advancement for those starting with fewer advantages. She is adept at navigating the complexities of politics and policy and making those complexities more transparent for community members. Her goal is always to empower people to become leaders in the process of working with them to accomplish a goal. She believes the keys to political representation should be available to everyone.
