Debra has over 25 years experience starting and growing businesses and nonprofit organizations. As a social impact entrepreneur, she has become accustomed to doing whatever it takes to get a project off the ground and to the next level. She has also served in a variety of positions with organizations that have helped her cultivate a skill set that includes strategic planning, program design and implementation, community organizing, collaborative leadership deployment, process and protocol development, fundraising, organizing large-scale events, lead generation and sales, customer service, and technical support.
